OSSA is a licensed and insured general contractor serving Northern Virginia. Through our website you can learn about our residential and commercial construction and remodeling services, view our work, use our cost calculator, and request a free estimate. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of any specific price, timeline, or result.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Any pricing shown on our website, including results from our cost calculator, is a planning estimate only and is not a final quote. Final pricing is provided only after an on-site consultation and a written proposal. Estimates and calculator results do not create a contract. A binding agreement exists only when a written contract is signed by both you and OSSA.
4. SMS Text Messaging Program Terms
OSSA Contracting Group operates an A2P 10DLC compliant text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.
Program description
When you opt in, you may receive SMS messages about your estimate request, appointment scheduling and confirmations, quotes and proposals, project updates, delivery or crew notifications, and customer support.
Consent
You consent to receive text messages at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from OSSA.
Message frequency & cost
- Message frequency varies based on your project status and your inquiries.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out and getting help
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text or text STOP to (571) 619-9201. We will send a single confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in. For details on how we handle your mobile information, see our Privacy Policy.
